Machida will get KTFO

As much as i like this bloke his head is just sittin there ready to be taken off. Rashad is called "sugar" for a reason, cos he floats and stings and when he stings its hard. Machidas jaw has'nt really been tested and Rashad will hit him, Liddell's elusiveness is alot like Machidas they hardly get hit Liddell found out the hard way twice so i expect him to change his gameplan when he fights Rua, Machida should change his now B4 the dragon gets burnt. I've put a $100 on Rashad cos those odds R ridiculous.

Welcome to MMA Forum!

Well, it's a possibility. I won't say it's not possible that Machida will get knocked out, but I think it's highly unlikely that he will just stand there like Chuck and receive a right hook to the face. And I don't think Chuck's and Machida's elusiveness are alike, Machida is MUCH faster and has been training MMA much longer than Chuck has (and Evans for that matter).

As for betting on this fight... I wouldn't feel good putting money on either of them.

welcome to the forum

i disagree with you that chuck and machidas eluisiveness are alike where they haerdly get hit, if you watch the chuck V wanderlia fight they exchanged big blows both giving as good as they got, i do however have rashad winning this one aswell, but not via knockout, i see this going the distance where rashad will take the decision, i think we will learn alot more about both fighters from this fight.

I don't think you can compare Machida's elusiveness to Chuck's...or anyone's for that matter. Machida is in a league of his own.

I agree that Machidas and Lddell's elusiveness r diff what was i thinking? Liddell's been in the UFC for a decade not to mention his wrestling and kickboxing background so when Liddell was having his first fight in the UFC Machida would'nt of even known how to sprawl. much longer i dont think so

Machida has been training MMA since UFC 1, which was 5 years before Chuck had his first fight in the octagon.

There was an article here recently that stated Machida has trained in Karate and BJJ since he was 15 years old and other stuff. I'll try to find it.

Chuck's Illusiveness is nothing close to Lyoto's. Chuck takes a lot of shots setting up punches. One of the reasons Machida's chin HASN'T been tested is because he doesn't take shots.

BTW: When Machida wins this fight you owe me $5 ok?

I thought they called Rashad sugar because he was white as snow.
