GSP - More Muscle Than Talent.
I'm Canadian and I'll say this, Georges St. Pierre is more strong than skilled.
I think virtually all his opponents are naturally smaller or weaker than he is and that's how he wins fights...at least of late.
He physically bullies his opponents down and through sheer strength, contains them on the ground and knees them.
His striking is not that impressive and neither is his submission game.
His strength is wicked though -- A WelterWeight Brock Lesnar.

Well, it doesn't matter how much Muay Thai or Jitsu training a 12 yr old has over me, I'll still whip their a$$ on strength-advantage alone -- that's my point about St. Pierre.
He is stronger than he's skilled.

yea make sense, sense in the history of fighting the bigger stronger less skilled fighter has always beaten the smaller fighter more skilled fighter. For some reason the name Ali and Couture keep popping into my mind... no idea why they just keep popping in there.
Sorry but GSP has fought way too skilled of opponents to have only depended on his strength the whole way, you make it seem like GSP is fighting a bunch of midgets, there are weight classes for a reason, every single person he's fought has weighed at or around 170 lbs. at the weigh-ins, and you know what? so does GSP.

Uh...ever heard of cutting weight?
Just because the scale reports 170 lbs doesn't mean that you walk at that weight. GSP is actually closer to 200 lbs than 170 naturally.
I think Thiago Silva will present unusual problems for GSP because he's, in my opinion, more talented and yet just as strong.
The Pitbull WILL **** Rush...mark my words.

TS, Jon Fitch, Hughes, Trigg, Miller, Koscheck all walk at around the same weight if not heavier than GSP.
GSP's last loss was to Matt Serra. WTF are you talking about?
EDIT: alright just read your post above. You're either a Thiago Alves nuthugger or a GSP hater, which explains why.

Yup, this is why Mark Coleman is so dominant these days. It's really about strength and nothing else.
