Just watched Rashad Evans vs Brad Imes on spike, Brad Imes has got to be the sloppiest fighter in the octagon ever. Although he outweighed Rashad by 45 lbs and was 9" taller he just got worked over by Rashad. In the first round Rashad put him down with punches and dominated yet Rogan and Goldie kept saying its a close fight. Second round Rashad outpunched Imes and outworked him on the ground yet they kept saying its a fight like Griffin Bonnar 1. In the third and final round Rashad put Imes down with a couple of headshots and out worked him bigtime. The scores at the end were 29-28 evans 29-28 imes (Tony Weeks) and 29-28 Rashad.Seeing Rashad put him down and dominated him in 2 different rounds wouldnt they be scored 10-8? I couldnt help but to see how full of shit the UFC and Judges and Dana and rogaine are sometimes. Thats the ufc brand of fighting. Judge tony weeks was also the guy who gave the Hammil bisping fight to Bisping another fight in the works.

Yeah I thought it was an unanimous decision victory as well. Rashad took some hard shots but I don't think he lost any round in that fight. Brad Imes got battered in the end and almost got TKO'd. Still a fun match to watch, though.

Actually, rogaine works well.

As for the fight, I am just impressed how much better Rashad has gotten since he dropped down and has been working on his game. If you showed me that fight and told me that Rashad would be LHW champion, I'd punch you in the throat.

Yeah that scoring got me upset a little, sometimes I think they have the fighter in mind who they really want to promote so the judging is IMO fixed as it can be without being to obvious. When Poster boy Bonnar fought Jardine, Jardine beat him up pretty bad for 3 rounds and they gave it to bonnar, thats IMO because they thought bonnar was more marketable than Jardine, who looks like hes part of a white supremecy org. Then Matt Hammill who lost a fixed fight in england IMO because they want to promote a English fighter and gain more viewers. Even the Chuck Lidell fight with Jardine was a one sided affair but it turned out to be a split decision , unbelievable.

Lol, I remember that fight and I remember being pissed that Bonner got the decision. It was unanimous as well, I think. I'll never understand how that fight was scored.

I also remember Bonner's match with Rashad where Rashad threw him around like a rag doll for three straight rounds but Rashad only got a a MAJORITY decision?! Even Joe Rogan was confused about that one. Is Bonner paying these guys a gazillion quid each or something???
