I wanna see Machida vs Lesnar pretty badly

i hear machida was 218 lbs in the ring against Rashad. machida walks around at about 223 lbs.

if you are over the age of 23 its very hard to gain more than 6 lbs of a muscle in a year even if you train like a madman. a lot of the weightlifting you do is to maintain muscle and slowly build more. if you weigh 140 lbs then you could probably gain 10 lbs of muscle in a year. but thats how the human body works. the more muscle you HAVE, the harder it is to create new muscle.

steroids are how body builders build muscle at a faster rate. but even that has its limits. ronnie coleman was big but he couldnt really get bigger no matter how hard he tried because steroids dont just magically give you muscles and you are limited by your DNA.

im sure brock is clean he is just vey good as training almost daily in order to maintain a lot of muscles he had from his WWE days.

UFC fighters get tested for roids and machida cant expect to "bulk up" to a HW. machida has to simply fight 290 lb monsters like brock at his walking weight plus a few extra lbs.

i bet brock weighed about 290 lbs against mir. not much more than that though. i seriously doubt brock could have gained more than 25 lbs in a single DAY.

the way brock weighs in at 265 is by taking a few dumps, essentially not eating for a few days, and getting water out of him by sweating and not replacing it with new water.

when brock weighs in, he has no food in his stomach, no food in his ass, and his body has less water in it. after the weigh in, he eats and drinks a ton but i highly doubt he is eating and drinking 25 lbs of substance in a day. theres just no way.

the day after the weigh in brock probably drinks 5-6 gallons of water, eats a couple steaks and chickens and melons or whatever the fukk it is that he eats, from the time he weighs in to the time he fights. i understand water is very heavy, so i guess its possible all that crap might actually weigh 25 lbs but you have to factor in he takes a couple pisses as well and he could piss out 3lbs of water per piss.

whatever. so enough talking about brocks weight

i would like to see machida fight brock. machida would weigh in at 230 lbs and walk into the ring at 230 lbs. brock would probably be 290 lbs. machida would be flabby, not exactly "ripped", with maybe 12more lbs of muscle than when he was in the ring with evans. thats about it. sometimes fedor weighs in at 235 pounds and fights at that weight and he clearly has more muscles than machida so you have to think machida would be smaller and weaker than fedor but not that much.

machida also would not have to go through the stress of a cut before the fight which would give him more energy.

so brock vs machida...

machida and fedor are the two best strikers in the world. when brock goes in for the takedown machida would have a 95% chance of blasting brocks face. brock would get dizzy from the blow and he wouldnt be able to use all of his takedown ability for a few seconds. that is where machida better squirm like a frightened kitten to get away from brock and use distance to launch a couple more strikes into brocks face.

i bet machida if he fought smart could knock out brock

i think fedor would win 9/10 fights against lesnar and machida would win 8/10 fights against lesnar. all by knockout.

Lesnar via 1st round tko.

There are weight classes for a reason and I doubt Machida will stuff Lesnar's takedowns and be able to stop his gnp.

Considering your little adventure into physiology is mostly incorrect, I will have to disagree.

if brock takes down machida, then machida will definitely lose and get knocked out within 30-45 seconds

but, machida is a godly striker on the level of fedor. if brock shoots to take down machida i really believe machida could have brock laying face down on the foor. machida could knock brock out in the second period of time it takes for brock to move forward and actually perform a take down.

lmfao @ machida fighting lesnar.

if lesnar got a hold of him, it would be just sad to watch

Machida, among many other Japanese fighters, doesn't cut weight, and when not training for a fight weighs at most 215 lbs. Thats why when he fought Tito, Tito looked like he had 15 lbs on him. Machida diets and trains and eventually gets down to 205 lbs sometimes as soon as the week of the fight. I remember one event he weight under 200 lbs (198 lbs or something) for one of his first fights in the UFC. Brock almost has 100 lbs on him lol. But seriously, Brock is a 280 lbs man cut (when in shape), and Machida is a 200 lbs man -- thats why Rogan and many other say that Machida, size-wise is in fact a middleweight fighter (mainly because guys like Belcher cut from 200 lbs to get down to 185 lbs).

Machida really does not have that one punch KO power though. His combinations are what does it. Lesnar weathered a great combination by Mur and still took him down with ease and pounded him out.
