Thanks for telling me that, I didn't know. I never followed pro-wrestling, but I should have researched it.

I loved watching Severn in the early days of the UFC. So many of these aging fighters still yearn to compete, but they can't do it against young well-rounded MMA fighters in many cases. There needs to be a seniors league for 45-55yr olds. Their drug testing would be to confirm they have adequate doses of Geritol in their system.

Severn is a true legend of the sport and deserves more respect in the MMA community.

I have no problem with him wanting to take what would be the biggest fight of his life.

From what I have seen, the man can still get it done.

I'm a HUGE Dan Severn fan, no one could ever do what he has done without training like that. I wish he would be fighting Fedor, but he would get subbed in about 30 seconds.
