the regulations and contract in Russia pretty much don't mean a thing, if you have the government or Mafia on your side your never going to lose. many major companies from across the world have been fked over in Russia because it's a totally different kettle of fish over there, I doubt Fedor could get out of his contract or shake M-1 off at any point.
