Randy Couture: Great ambassador for the sport, won titles in two different weight classes, still fighting into his mid-forties at a high level, a legend in every sense of the word.
Chuck Liddell: One of the guys responsible for how big the UFC is in mainstream television today. Always puts on a good show, dominant champion.
Royce Gracie: Started it all.

Royce Gracie - Like he says. It's his home, he built it.
Ken Shamrock - Did a lot in the UFC. You can't argue with that.
Dan Severn - Another original.. Buhh!
I would like to say Bas but he had two fights.

Here's my top 5:
#1: Josh Barnett (the sig says it all)
#2: Royce Gracie (without the Gracie's, there is no UFC)
#3: Pedro Rizzo (when he was in his prime, he was incredible)
#4: Chuck Liddell (resposible for the sport going main stream)
#5: Kevin Randleman (the dude was so much fun to watch)
