Prolly his way of dealing with his lost. If he wants another crack at JBJ more power to him to do what he can to try, and make that happen. The fight would just end in similar fashion.

“During the fight I remember thinking, ‘Man, really? All the hype was about this guy?’” Vera said. “I specifically remember saying to him in my head, ‘Man, you (expletive) suck.’

“Right when the ‘k’ came out in my head, I got blasted.”

“It’s hard for me to say because he beat me, but I still don’t believe the hype,” Vera said. “I like Jon Jones as a fighter, but I owe that (expletive). He’s definitely not coming to my house for Christmas.”

During the first round, Jones threw an elbow that fractured Vera’s face in three places. It also severed a nerve and lodged a chip of bone behind his right eyeball.

To repair the damage, Vera had to undergo multiple surgeries, the last of which took place just seven weeks ago.

“I’m still babying it, but it’s getting better,” Vera said. “At one point, I couldn’t even touch it. December or January is when I’m looking to come back. I test my face every day to see what I can get away with.”

uh-huh. you dont believe the hype? i think the hype might have damaged more than his eye lol.that's going in my sig......for the lulz.

I think Vera saw holes in Jones game, took to long to try anything (probably because of the upkick to a downed opponent warnings) and suffered. He saw those holes, we saw Jones damn near put a new one in his head. Vera can say what he wants, I will always be a fan of his, but his inaction once again cost him.

So Vera is saying Jones may have flaws in his game that every other fighter possesses and may actually be a mortal?

Next he'll say that Jones should finally be tested to see if he really is holy or 'hole-y'. Vera should start working on plugging his own holes, starting with his mouth.

That fight was won by ease..

I gave Vera props on this fight, (even though i knew he was going to get owned)

And thought he might put up a 3 round fight and get finished by the 3rd....

But no... Before Jones can even work up a sweat and start to really test himself, Vera gets a Broken face....

And i love knowing that he was thinking, " All this hype for this guy? He must suck for not shooting fire out of his ass" Then as he finishes Jones breaks his face in 3 ways....

Sig credit to my Homie! limba!
