Does anyone care about Tito Ortiz anymore?

Tito Ortiz.... Once the face of the ufc. Now, he is an afterthought. In the division he once ruled, he finds himself clearly out of the top 10, strugging for relevance. He has an upcoming fight with matt hamill, and surely Tito will be telling anyone who is listening (or not listening) that he is 100% and ready to dominate once again on his way back to the title...
But this begs the question... Does anybody care about seeing Tito at the Elite ends of the division? Can he compete? What matchups are out there for him?
Id love to see him in the octagon against maybe a Rich Franklin, Jon Jones or maybe even Brandon Vera..
But if he cant get past Hamill, maybe his time is up?

I'd care to see him KO'd if that counts

Yes! Despite his foot in mouth disease and all of his bad decisions Tito is actually a great guy. He's done more in and for the sport than he gets credit for. I was never a fan when he was on top and watching Frank beat him is still one of my favorite fights ever. I wish he got more respect than he gets now, he really did raise the pay scale bar for all ufc fighters. And he made a fair poster boy when the ufc was desperate for marketable faces. All of the hate he gets now is Karma for the whole T-shirt and grave digger routine (bad decisions) and I definitely think he is one of those people who should never have a microphone in his face. However, he's done well with the tools he was given and the upbringing he had.

Anyone who questions Toto's heart or his skills should re watch his fight with Randy. He took 23 minutes of nonstop asswhooping and never once stopped defending himself well or trying to fight back. That's 23 minutes of the same ground and pound that finished chuck in less than 2 minutes. so, who's really tougher? Put chuck on his back and he's done. Put tito on his back and he fights like hell till it's over.

Never thought I'd be the one defending Tito but, somebody needs to. He deserves it.

The problem with Tito is that he doesn't back anything up anymore. He talks a huge game and acts like he is a top contender but the fact of the matter is that he hasn't won a fight in 4 years. In his last 5 fights, he is 1-3-1.

I love what he has done for the sport in the past, but there comes a point no matter who you are, where you need to win fights or quit talking like you are the best in the world.

The thing that makes Tito even more annoying than his mouth is his inability to win a freakin fight.

As I said "despite his foot in mouth disease." When you put a camera and microphone in his face he becomes an instant idiot. He's trying to market himself and fights and he's just plain bad at it. That's not his fault. Dana came to him and said I need you to sell this shit at a time when neither one of them had a clue how to do it. If nothing else, give him credit for teaching younger fighters what NOT to do or say.
