I find it hard to believe that he would eat badly due to him being a regular competitor so what's the deal?
If I handled all of my opponents as easily as he does, I wouldn't worry about losing my beer belly either. Since he beat Couture to win the belt, how many of his fights have gone passed the first round? When your fights average a couple minutes, why worry about it? No, seriously, it's amazing that he can fight like that when it looks like he's not really in shape at all. He's a genuine certifiable bad-ass.

You know, the funny thing is....Chuck has a six pack under that beer belly. You can see it when he weighs in before a fight. Now I realize that he has lost water weight, but it's still there. I was saying during the last Titio fight how odd it is to see a belly and abs at the same time. He's in fighting shape...like it or not. I'm going with genetics and age.

Fighters I enjoy watching:
Quinton "Rampage" Jackson
Martin Kampman
Jake Shields
Thiago Tavares
Urijah Faber

Joe Rogan NutHugger...and proud of it

^^ I noticed that as well. He does seem to have abs sticking out over that belly.. Never seen that before. He's still a badass anyway

its because of his diet. when rachelle leah did all access with him, he said he doesnt watch what he eats anymore. he just makes sure he gets the proper nutrients. he says he burns through around 4k + calories a day training, so he doesnt see the need to watch his meals as closely. if he cut out the fatty foods he'd be ripped. but fatty foods taste good.

Top 5 fav. fighters (in order)

1. GSP
2. Franklin
3. Lesnar
4. Forrest
5. Big Nog

It's the way he is built guys. Not his diet that is affecting his abs. Sure if he ate a strict diet, he could appear to be more chisled, but there is no need. He eats what keeps him healthy and in great shape. If you really think he is out of shape because he does not have well defined abs, then you are lost. No he doesn't havew to watch as closely the fatty stuff, but that is because he doesn't have much to lose to make weight. If he walked around at 225 or more, he would have to cut out all fat. When you fight close to your normal weight, you don't have as much to lose, so fat intake is not as important for weight loss.

anyone who is more concerned with the abs on a fighter as opposed to how he fights is into the wrong sport. Maybe you should just admit your gay and stop posting on this forum. it pisses me off how guys who are spending their day on the computer think they can comment on how a fighter "looks" ****ing ali was probably the best boxer of all time and he was never "ripped" so it really dosent matter all that much. just look at fedor he is by no means ripped but he beats ass like nother other. this is probably the worst thread i have ever seen and the only reason I posted is because it pissed me off so much

lfaris fantasy team
1. BJ Penn
2. Rich Franklin
3. Randy Couture
4. Melvin Guillard
5. Marcus Davis
