OK, before I say anything I just want to make it clear that I am a HUGE Iceman fan and he is my favourite UFC Fighter. But I have just noticed that his belly has gotten slightly worse in the last UFC Pay-Per-Views. It has been present for many many years now and considering he trains like 10 months a year and competes regularly, why the hell isn't he in at least 'good' shape?? I find it hard to believe that he would eat badly due to him being a regular competitor so what's the deal?

Alot of people genetics make it hard to have a 6 pack. Others can get it with alot less work that others. Having a belly doesnt mean your not in great shape.

oh and I wanted to add. Being a pretty boy doenst mean your a great fighter or have any advantage what so ever.

Have you ever watched those Strongest Man competitions. Some of those guys aren't as big as you would expect and then there are some weight lifters who look huge,but wouldnt even be in the same league as those guys.

Looks mean little overall really.

Genetics couldn't stop you from at least getting in decent shape if you train and eat right for 10/12 months a year...

he just doesnt have the muscle definition some people expect a top fighter to have. its not a big deal. he's never had cut abs. plus, the older he gets, this is bound to happen. he's still in top shape. i dont remember ever seeing liddell not ready for a fight physically or mentally.
