I think weíre all wrong in assuming that fighters train all the time. I mean, they have a basic workout which they do every day or 5 days a week (which includes cardio and strength), but they only start training and dieting for real four to six weeks before a fight.
At least, thatís what I think and I hope someone can prove me wrong.

I know and its retarded. They make sooo much money compared to our salaries. I dont get what goes threw there heads when there not in shape. Chuck is in shape just that he cant get ripped. Tim is fat and has the skinniest legs EVER. I hope Mirko Breaks his leg like Mir did his arm. What I dont like is when people get title shots and dont train enough. Case and Point BJ Penn pound Matt Hughes both rounds then gased out and lost. LUTTER COULD NOT EVEN MAKE WEIGHT. He was beating Anderson Silva for the whole round and I think it wasnt the triangle that made him quit. He knew he wasnt gaining the belt and those elbow hurt him not the choke
