Always despised Matt Hughes. Even with, just the available UFC/TUF footage, its plain to see what a piece of sceptic scum he is. The synopsis of the book is neither a validation, nor denunciation, of this, however, the fact that I'm not surprised by any of it, says all there needs to be said.
I can safely say I laughed my ass off watching Hughes get KTFO and almost cry at UFC 123. I can't think of any other fighter, whereby I achieve such feelings of pure pleasure, when watching them get the shit kicked out of them.

I actualyl read his book and it's nothing like what the author stated. He's obviously biased especially considering he probably took notes just to make that little writeup.

With reference to the whole "You don't hit girls" philosophy, being a girl, I can safely say that I think it's bullshit. You don't hit ANYONE unless you are in a sanctioned combat sport, or if you have to defend yourself. If I attacked a guy (and I never would), I would fully expect him to defend himself. It's complete crap to see these housewives verbally and sometimes physically abuse their husbands, and when they defend themselves, physically or otherwise, these women act like it's the end of the world and immediately cry for what they call "jusitce". As a woman, I find it degrading. If a bitch acts like a guy, she deserves to be treated by one. Moronic traditional principles are no longer relevant in a progressive society.

these two fat bitches attacked my "then" girlfriend in a pool hall right in front of me.. they were firm believers in "guys shouldnt hit girls" it was brutal, big girls can take a shot, noses and teeth were broken before they were unconscious. not exactly my favorite fight of all time.. but ill defend myself and people i care about regardless of race, religion, gender etc.
