Just to clarify, is this the synopsis Sean McCorkle wrote?

I have read the book too and while the synopsis is a tad embelished at times, it is pretty much bang on. He comes across as extremely arrogant and a bit of an arse. Similar to Tito's book.

It's a lot like...'I did this stuff before I was saved...im not proud of it...but I completely am...'

I wouldn't recommend reading it though as it is hard to follow and very poorly written. Each chapter has little focus and jumps from point to point resulting in nonsense.

Sounds a lot like another book Matt really likes.

I honestly don't care about Matt Hughes enough to read his book. I've seen enough footage and heard enough from him to know that he is a jackass.

Anyone that reads a one-sided synopsis and believes that its exactly how the story reads is quite silly. If he included examples, in context from the book that are unaltered that would be better then painting a bad picture.

What I know about Matt Hughes without reading the synopsis:

He enjoys making fun of people because he's obviously insecure.
He is willing to use a guy as a training partner but not willing to share the same table as them when they eat (Thinks he's better than everyone)
He shows a complete lack of respect for anyone that he is fighting. He basically acted like Gracie didn't mean anything to the UFC or MMA. Wouldn't it be nice if he were treated the same.

That to me is enough not to like him. All the stories/synopsis aren't going to convince me any further as he could simply be making them up for the book or someone else can be making it up because they don't like him. Like I said, I could care less about his book. I'm just wishing for more fighters to treat him like BJ just did to give him a farewell that he truly deserves.

Matt Hughes is easily my least favorite person in the UFC. Hughes is a bully, a racist, and am immature prick.

Watching BJ knock his ass out was one of the most gratifying moments I have ever seen in the UFC. I hope Hughes goes on to be embarrassed in every fight he is in until he has to leave the UFC with his tail between his legs.

Just watch how he treats GSP on their season of TUF to see his true personality.

I wish him nothing more than to realize how cruel he is and perhaps treat people better in the future.

I started reading Hughes book as a massive fan of his. By the end of reading it I was no longer a fan.
