I doubt that Zuffa drug tests properly. I doubt that a single pro-sports organisation in the whole world does. You can see that at the Thiago Silva case. He got only caught, because he was to dumb to cheat and used some fake non-human urine at the post-fight test. Proper test would mean really regular short intervalled blood test also during the non-competition time with newest testing methods, which would cost an immense amount of money and expose to many athletes any organisation could support (look at the Tour de France scandal after which sponsorships dropped significantly).
