He was giving a dude from Tulsa a golden shower, I believe the guys name was Paul but that's all hearsay.

Due to the dangerous nature of Steven Seagal's skillset he was unable to gain access into Brazil. He recently was forced by the US government to register his teaching skills as a dangerous weapon. When approached at customs Mr. Seagal was told he would not be permitted to make the trip to Brazil because of this.

Mr. Seagal was deeply saddened by this news but still will appear in any US/Canada based fights where Black House is involved. Mr. Seagal could not be reached for further comment on this matter.

He's right it was on the news. Brazillian customs wouldn't allow em in.
