Whats the best way?
Whats the best way to submit a guy using no striking, only grappling?
and
Whats the best way to beat the career mode. Getting all the trophies and stuff?
I do o.k. in the career mode. Ive been in the hall of fame and won the titles in all 3 weight classes I've tired but I've never gotten sub of the night and I've sub'd 4 people in a row before. That and I've never got the level 3 jujitsu. Any help? Thanks

I dont have that much time so I'll just answer your first one. To get the no striking one use a wrestler with somewhat decent, subs like Diego. Then just go for slams, throws, and the slam from open guard works well. The purpose is to drain there stamina down. When youve got there stamina low then just go for the sub. Easy as pie

Haven't tried diego yet. Tried people like bj and mir though with no luck. But that's a good idea I'll try that.

I would also like to know how to get submission of the night. I get KO and Fight of the Night all the time, but can't seem to get sub of the night. I've done subs from top and bottom position, and nothing seems to work.

I triangled Lesnar with my Fedor character, and he was the highest ranked guy behind the champ (Vera of all people) and they called it fight of the night, but not sub of the night even though that's what ended the 'fight of the night' in the main event of the card. Surrrre.

Hey other people are having the same problem. I've gone through career with every weight class now, and I always boosted my sub offense first, I've subbed guys with every possible hold, and I still haven't won submission of the night. Maybe its a glitch that will get patched up, or maybe its just really ridiculously hard. I've even noticed a few times when i've tried that NO ONE on the entire card wins sub of the night sometimes, even if im the only one of the night to end in tapout, I still don't win it.

It happens to me and others, it's random(I think anyway).
I won 2 submissions of the night with my first character I think but haven't won one since my first character.
My second character who is a kickboxer with all but one win by KO never got KO of the night, or fight of the night despite me brawl tactics.

ive gotten ko of the night at least 10 times and sub of the night around 5 with my first character. as for subbing someone without strikes? get the full mount, block all their transitions and escapes and it will tire them out and then slap on the triangle.
