can anyone tell me how to get the the pit sponsor in this game and how to jump camps

You need to choose the Pit every time you have the chance to choose a sponsor, then, on the week of the training camp, go to action, and after 5 visits to a camp, you unlock their sponsorship.

After 5 visits, switch to another camp, you can unlock 3-4 sponsors throughout a career.
