Damn I might have to become a striker because that was crazy smooth. Then again Paulo Thiagos darce was sweet as well.

I totally agree with the small improvements being total crap.
Ill prob buy this version, but im expecting that EA games version to have way better striking and ground game controls/ graphics

It's clear that UFC aren't gona wait a few years to release a new game, purely because the profits are so high. It's obvious people will buy it, regardless of how much hasn't been improved.
Anyway, I'm gona go with EA MMA instead. Looks way better

I'm glad this game doesn't look as half assed as the first one is. Don't get me wrong, I STILL play UFC 2009, but the menu system and many of the animations are HORRIBLE!

The gameplay needed much more improvement than the graphics did. They added new submissions, the cage plays a role, it looked like you can transition from one sub to another, they have southpaw's, switching stances, you can lean out of the way of punches now. I think that those improvements will do much more for the game than just better graphics. Just my opinion.

I read that as well and if you look at the video, one of the takedowns comes from against the cage and you can see the cage bending as well.

I got so sick of face the pain and undead. The soundtrack was extremely limited.

I was at gamestop at midnight when I had to get up the next morning for the first one and I will definitely do the same for this one!

IMO, graphics don't matter that much. They could keep the same graphics from last years, and it wouldn't matter as long as the gameplay is still fun.
What I'm mainly excited about is:

Fighter customisation, so that fighters no longer have set moves according to fight style and instead can choose from about 200 different moves.

I still think it was the greatest fight game ever made. Well the Singleplayer was boring and those loading times, wtf? I really hope they learned about that.
Cant wait for 2010 tho.

You have the right to your opinion, but claiming it's the best fighting game ever made it proof that you haven't played much of the genre.
On a side note, the preview didn't show much. I still have '09, but only 'cause it was the first of the series and it'll be worth a little money later.
