I'm really digging the standup this year. Clinch and ground game I need to get into first although I was mainly a ground guy last year. But first I need to knock some fools out.

Man, I can't wait for all the new kinds of fighters now. Last year there were basically standup and ground guys. Now there's so much more! Counter punchers, Greco wrestlers, wild strikers, tight strikers, actual ground and pound and of course everything there was last year. I think I'm gonna make a clinch guy first...

Yea I'm definitely becoming a striker, last year I won all my fights on the ground. But its just so addicting knocking someone out, right now I'm trying to perfect my thai clinch.

Right now I'm still trying to get to thai clinch once in a while. Knocking Rampage out with the clinch seems easiest, then Lyoto and against Rashad I barely get to any offensive position in the clinch. Maybe I shouldn't play on expert right from the bat because positioning has changed a lot from last year. Did you guys start on expert or a lower difficulty?

Well, it's definitely more realistic now. I just hope they find a way to balance the CAFs.

Lol yeah i stopped playing UFC game for awhile and i forgot how to even take people down.... I had to go to my old UFC demo and practice all over again lol....

And i find getting full mount is Waaay different or is just different for Machida....

I do like the style of fighting a lot more, and how u can flatten them out from the back... I just wish they had a Friends Multiplayer thing going....

But yeah did you guys read how there going to have like Whole Camps fight each other on like a big ass tourny???

I say we get all the hardcore UFC gamers on MMAFORUM and make a MMAFORUM Camp! ILL BE THE FIRST TO JOIN IF THERE IS!!!

And actually care about perfecting my game for the sake of the MMAFORUM Name

and with THQ updating the fighters depending on their performances it should be pretty good.

The one improvement no one is mentioning is the Sub transfers. That is so awesome, all though I haven't tried it on the demo yet.
The zooming camera on the submissions is awesome too.
