I would say the Demo is better then Undisputed 2010 i have never seen such a horrible online mode, seems like THQ is not sincere about their work and is more concerned with making a quick buck from us.

I haven't played the actual game so maybe it was improved, but if it is anything like the demo, I don't think it compares to fight night other than the analog stick fighting. I thought that Fight Night was MUCH more fluid and realistic feeling.

Really? To each his own, but I deleted the game after 10minutes of gameplay. Couldn't enjoy it one bit, I mean, I could sweep and do shit like that on advanced (or what's the difficulty called there) without realising what the hell I am doing. And it felt like I'm in the XBox 360 "arcade" section.
And how can someone compare it to Fight Night? No offence, but they are nothing alike, except the same stand-up-type controls, but it looks terrible.
I must say though other then that (the actual fight) it looked like a nice game. Liked how they made online modes and career mode.

I've been having fun with it last night/this morning, but it's not going to make me stop playing the UFC game. Besides having the fighters this game doesn't, the UFC game has modes I play all the time like tournament and event that this game doesn't. On the other hand, imo, the EA game is way more fun to play career and online. Maybe that recent patch that THQ put out fixed their online and how hard it could be to find a match, haven't tried it, but the EA game is a lot smoother getting an online match. On career mode you don't have to worry about telling your fighter to rest, which I like, and getting texts from El Guapo is always pretty cool.
