It should affect alot of the actions since most everything you do you need your legs to put the power/speed in to it. Do you know if they did this or is it similar to UFC 09??? Also can we get a finish by a leg kick?? It should be rare but it should be possible since it has happened on more then one occasion.
I dunno... maybe im asking for too much. But i think being able to sprawl and leg kick a wrestler until his shot weakens a bunch would add a whole lot to the game. Cause then you can start letting lose and going for the finish. The idea seems so much fun in my head

Pretty sure that's how it works. I wasn't able to do running strikes after I got kicked in the legs a lot.

I feel it does, yeah. Not quite Fight Night quality, but not far off too. Striking is solid this year.

Leg kicks are pretty cool this year. Everything you wanted to see with leg kicks and the like is there, sides. Leg kick TKO's, several legs weaken an opponent's shot and I don't think they can even run, etc.

I'm looking forward to playing as everyone and trying out everyone's style, Jones has his own unique way of fighting and strikes and moves differently than Anderson does so I think that's cool, it'll be neat to play as Machida and Cruz.

I've played both the previous games and so far I've really enjoyed the overall feel of the demo. There's just something about the movement that seems more satisfying.
The make or break for me will be career mode. I spend very little time outside of career mode in these games. I found the previous iterations training system to be very boring. To score max points in sparring, you just take the guy down, let him up, take him down, let him up. Otherwise your score tanks because of blocked strikes.

No. The movement and physics engine is still ridiculously bad.
Going from fight night to an Undisputed game is just a painful experience.

in my opinion the damage the fighters take is too much like wrestling games. with fight hud on I can always tell when a big punch will knock them out. In this years ufc game you just have to focus on one body part. when the head is really red it only takes one more big strike.
they seem to of taken out random kos etc
am i the only one thinking this?

I remember playing the Unidsputed 1 demo and being able to KO someone right after the bell rang. Haven't been able to do that in this one so far. Definitely seems like they toned it down a lot and made the damage system more consistent.

Ha yeah man, know what you mean, I remember that cheat on the first UFC game, you could give your created character 100 out of 100 for everything. That was awesome. KOs in under 5 secs were fun.

I am loving playing as Jones. Takedown or throw in side control then elbows
