Forum GP - Season 8 FINAL!

Season 8 - Round 4
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ONLY FOR THOSE WHO MADE IT THROUGH ROUND 3...The never ending Round 3!!

The winner will receive 10 million credits or a Lifetime Membership (if you're non paid) and the GP champion banner...

Here are the rules:
Quote:

This is relatively simple to sign up for just make your pick on the main event winner. (NO EDITING Unless the fighters in the main even change) Those who get it right move on those who get it wrong are out.

It continues for each UFC event with the number of fights per card to pick periodically increasing. If you fail to make a pick you're out.

If nobody gets it right then everyone moves on. If multiple fights are called all have to be right to advance.

Last chance for entry is when the first fight of the main card begins.

UFC Fight Night: Maia vs Shields

Pick the winners:

Maia vs Shields
Silva vs Kim
Silva vs Hamill
Maldonado vs Beltran
Palhares vs Pierce

TIE BREAKER: Method of Victory: Maia vs Shields

Entries

H33lHook - Maia/Silva/Silva/Meldonado/Palharres
Liddellianenko - Maia/Silva/Silva/Meldonado/Pierce

Gonna do it ever so slightly different this time. Pick the 5 winners as per usual, but If you both get 4 right, I'll use the Tie breaker to decide the winner. Might save us from going round and round for ages.

Liddellianenko 09-26-2013 08:32 AM

What if one of us gets 4 right and the other 3? Does the guy with 4 win? What about 3-2, 2-1 etc.?

Killz 09-26-2013 08:35 AM

We'll do a retake as in previous rounds.

Waiting til one of you gets 5 could take for ever. if it's a 4-4 draw we'll go to the Tie breaker, otherwise, retake.

Does that sound ok?

Sure that sounds good, this has been an enormous contest anyway. What about if like last round both have the exact same picks (other than the tie break), and both get those 5 correct. Does the tie break also come in then or do we do a rehash or a round 6?

Killz 09-26-2013 09:33 AM

Yeah, We'll use the tie break in that situation too.

I'm good with whatever format.

However, with the following in mind:

I humbly put forward the idea that, if we go past this round (or even right now if you are both cool with it), then Liddel' can have the banner and credits, if I can have the lifetime membership.

I'm all for finishing this GP in this round. THe forum GP has never EVER gotten this far before hahaha.

How about No retakes then. The winner is the person with the most correct calls. If you Draw, we got to a tie break, even if it is 2-2?

that sound good?

P.S - Send your picks and your Tie break answers to me via PM. Once I have them both I'll make them public.

Good luck fellas

Good luck gaybos. Next season I reclaim my title!

Killz 09-27-2013 06:49 AM

You dont have the stamina to outlast these boys Clyde.

ClydebankBlitz 09-27-2013 06:54 AM
