Frank Lester: Defining BAMF

There are so many ways I could joke about the failure of Faulkner and his hypnotist, and how irritating the juvenile Bisping can be. There are endless quips about the monotone of Dan Henderson, win or lose.

But as someone who’s been getting more and more frustrated with the Ultimate Fighter as the series has gone on, especially after a certain toe-headed Team Mir fighter from last season, there was something incredibly cathartic about watching Frank Lester, something that reminded me what I liked about the show.

There are a lot of technical guys on TUF, though less now than there were at the shows inception (in the first two seasons, we’ve seen some of the best fighters in the sport, and the talent pool now is much smaller), but what made the show was not the technical ability of the fighters, as we had nothing to compare it to.

It was the willingness to fight.

At first i didnt like frank lester, I thought he was cocky cause of how he won,
but when the show started showing him, I found him to be hilarios, he's just goofy looking, and not so bright, Its hard to explain but he is really funny.
One thing i didnt like is he had so many opportuniteis with faulkner dropping his hands ALOT, he shuda capitalized.
Yeah Bis[ing has always been a bit of an imature kid, he showed it after he lost to hammil.
I like henderson though, alot more since the show started, hes a level headed chilled out guy.

I really gained a lot of respect for LEster after this episode. I really didn't care for him at the beginning, but now I respect him out of all the other fighters on there so far. I admire heart, and he showed that he really has it.

And Bisping...don't get me started. I'll probably be getting negged in the other thread for my comments about him.

I really like Dan. I was happy to see him on the show, and I was happy Matt helped him out, because those two are amazing coaches, and both would beat the tar out of Michael Bisping.

I'm ready for Bisping vs. Henderson so that Bisping can be viciously beaten by one of the best fighters in the middleweight division.
