Hendo's True Weightclass?

which division do you guys think dan henderson excels in, Middleweight or Light-heavyweight? :confused02:

Middleweight for sure. Hes not big enough for the LHW division, some of those guys at LHW walk around at 240-250lbs.

I go with Middelweight as well, he has a huge size advantage against most of the MW fighters.

But now in Strikeforce i wanna see him fighting in both of them ;)

Tuff very tuff. He good at both

My vote for Light-Heavyweight.. i think

He's way smaller than everyone at LHW, he is just THAT good that he's always competed with them.

In this age, he is better off fighting at 185, especially if he can make the weight as well as he has been.

The one thing that worries me, is Hendo fighting Mousasi at LHW. Mousasi can get really big, and I think it's a bad move on Henderson's part.

Remember the Pride MW division (w Wanderlei being the undisputed king ;) was sth like up to 200lbs
I think thats where Henderson belongs
He proved to adapt to both LHW and Mw divisions
The guy is a beast
