Pulled a muscle?
I am a regular stance begginer muay thai fighter. I was practicing kicks at training, and when i came home, i had a weird feeling in my lower right quadrant abdominal area. Its between the belly button and hip. I looked it up and its supposedly where the appendix is. Every time I would laugh or cough it would hurt really bad and it was hard for me to get in a comftorable position to fall asleep in. It would kind of nag within side during the day. Not any big pain just a tender feeling with inside the past three days. Today its better, but when I kick I can feel a strain that if i kick at normal speed i have this precognition that I know it will start feeling strained and tender again so i don't kick or train at the moment. I didn't go to practice for three days already. It seems like its getting better day by day, but i just don't get what could of happened to cause this and whether it will happen again. What could this be? Any clue? Thanks in advance.
