Duane "Bang" Ludwig is hands down the best Muay Thai fighter in MMA. He was the first North American K-1 Champion and holds the fastest knock out in the UFC record. Anderson is a great striker, but he's not on Duane's level with Muay Thai. And you don't have to take my word for it ask anyone at Grudge Training Center and they'll say the same.

IDK about "the best"

But "Bang" is a beast in the MT game. That's for damn sure.

Good find but I'm not convinced, Paul Daley is an ex King of the Ring Muay Thai world Champion, I am having problems confirming facts about his Mury Thai career, its not very well documented in English, but I am lead to believe it was mostly over in Japan and is documented in Japanese, and that he had a phenomenal Mury Thai record before the time he joined the UFC and turned his focus on his MMA career.

Duane is the only one these guys that has even had a Muay Thai Career and he still holds World Titles. Even guys like GSP, Rashad Evans and Nate the Great say he is hands down the #1 Muay Thai guy in all of MMA. If your ever in Colorado come down to Grudge and see for your self. Like Rival said the Guy is a Beast and to be honest his name shouldn't even be mentioned with Paul Daley's, no offense.

Malaipet already fought a Muay Thai and lost to Duane so I don't think it'll change in MMA.

Thank you for the Rep. I just happen to know Duane and I sponsor a bunch of guys at Grudge, so I have tons of useless information floating around.
