Muay Thai Clench
In theory if a person could when they were put in a Muay Thai Clench. Couldn't they just use the top corner of their head to head but the opponents chin or nose. Lets say in a street fight?
They could try, but if the person putting them in the clinch has it rooted like I outline it in this post here, they're only going to hurt their neck and get knee'd into oblivion for their lack of creative efforts. Put anyone in a well-rooted MT Clinch, and you're going to have all your weight on the back of their head and neck. Try it, or (better yet) have someone try it on you. You'll see what I mean.
