A very good analysis on Muay Thai done by the history channel. They even state some things on here in which I didn't even know

Yeah that show was awsome. I was watching how they were teaching and its exactly how my instructer does. reasurres me I am getting the right training.

Yes that show was amazing. I wish they would have multiple episodes about MT though instead of just that one.
