I wouldn't mind some constructive criticism too. I was real slow and weak because I'm still working on getting my cardio up and that was after an hour and a half of cardio. Also I stalled once or twice because I wasn't sure what strike he wanted me to do. He doesn't speak English and I don't speak Korean. Makes for an interesting class haha I'll be training with him in S Korea for a year.
From what i saw, you were pretty good. From my perspective, you need to put a bit mroe of your hips into the kicks and to make sure you keep your toes pointed down when going for a shin block/knee, but the instructor did pick up on that.
After 3 months of training though, you were definately very very good.
