i have been doing muay thai and yes from what ive seen your pretty decent actually, its just please take what these other guys said into account. Dont let your hand sway like that even though its training. Keep your hand by the temple as you kick

all in all though good stuff

ya man good stuff ya that hand is totally swinging....i used to have the same problem but i got over it...just takes time

man i wish i had one of those muay thai bags....i have a wavemaster...one of those ones that just stand up cuz i cant hang a bag....i kick it so hard now that i cracked the plastic core inside lol...oh well maybe when i move i can grab a muay thai bag

Aha, I'd go for the fairtex heavy bag if I were you. It slumps on the floor like a fat bastard and is great for everything.

That Fairtex Heavy Bag is pretty much my life when i go train other than Thai Pads with partners.

And yeah, I've been working on not swinging my left hand on right kicks. I'll be updating you guys on my progress with another video soon. Thanks a lot guys!

im no expert but u deffinatly wanna put more into yur bag training like one of the other members sed try bigger combos and try hitting them harder but obviously still go at a good pace to work on your technique

videos were taken off due to the fact that my instructor told me i need permission to put em online.
