You can't go into a fight practicing just that, you need to figure out some combos, and make the bag hurt! As well as that, I see you did 4 kicks towards the end of it. **** that, do 25 kicks, each leg. You wanna condition yourself, and the more you do something, the better you get, so you get technique and cardio in one! My gym hasn't got one of those fat bags though, I'll tell my Kru to buy a couple
