PRESS RELEASE - (Mississauga) – Sylwester Organka came home to a hero’s welcome after winning the Canadian Muay Thai Association North American Championship in British Columbia. Fighting in the 155-lb weight class, Sylwester defeated Jason St. Louis, from Vernon BC, by technical knockout at 1:33 of the first round.
“Sylwester trained really hard and it showed in his performance,” said Joey de Los Reyes, Sylwester’s trainer and owner of the mixed martial arts facility where he trains. When asked what was next for his prized fighter, de Los Reyes responded, “More training, more fights and preparing to defend the title next year.”
Held at the KB-One training academy in North Vancouver, the event was sanctioned by the Canadian Muay Thai Association
