At a crunch for time! Help !

Alrighty everyone I started college and it is VERY difficult with night classes to train as much as I want... so that being said here is what I am doing and what should I be doing solo?

Monday: Lift/ cardio training(then night/day school)
tuesday: Run in the morning >> 6-8:30 grappling/muay thai
wednesday:repeat mon
thurs:repeat tues
friday:repeat mon
sat:train muay thai for about an hour(1 on 1 with my coach) lift
sun:rest day.

I CAN train more by myself LATER at night so I was wondering if it is wise to invest in a heavy bag, speed bag, some rolling pads and pretty much train as much as I can solo? Dunno any ideas are good

well if your pressed for time during the week why dont you cut back durring the week and push hard on the weekend.

Training by yourself at night is a good idea, but try to find a Buddie who mite be in the same predicament as you are in. It would be nice to get some sparring in at night.

It all depends on if you are a pro/am. However, I would never take it easy on a Sunday if you are training for a fight until the last 2 weeks before the fight. Even then, I usually never stop, so everyone is different. If you think that is working for you and have possitive results, keep it up and gradually add. It is wonderful that you lift, but have you tried using A My Gym fitness machine? It is great for toning and wont over bulk you and stiffen you up. It also depends on what size you are fighting at. But like I said, it all depends on your status as far as ranking goes. Only your body and your results will tell you what is best for you. Blue
