Hey all

Ok i'm going to start my training soon, in a city nearish me there are both a very good kickboxing and muay thai class avilable, im just really unsure as to which would be the best to do (im planning on doing shootfighting as well so i wouldnt have time to do both KB and MT.

Any suggestions?

Muay Thai. There are no knees and elbows in kickboxing.

go to where they have better coach.
generally MT is better i've heard that Japanese had to invent KB so they could put something against MT. and of course MT is much much older and more developed. BUT if the coach sucks then ur not gonna be able to take advantage of that. Take trial classes see what the dudes who been there for a year can do and compare.
