GENERAL QUESTION re: GLOVES

it's time to retire the old everlast gloves for some muay thia gloves. i was thinking about some twins but i can't seem to find a place in the states that sells them and it takes up to 3 weeks to have them shipped from thailand, provided they have them in stock. so, my questions are:
1) would twins be a good choice?
2) how do their sizes run?
3) does anyone know any place in the u.s. that stocks them?

any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i know this post could have gone in the equipment thread but i would rather ask folks who train in muay thia for their expertise. thanks.

Check out Ringside.com and CombatSports.com for gloves. They carry Windy, which has been around just as long as Twins (if not longer) when it comes to MT equipment. I get most of my equipment from Ringside of Combat Sports, and I've never had a bad experience with them.

If you're set on some Twins gloves, you can check out TitleMMA.com (in fact click here to see what you want). I haven'te ordered from Title, so I can't tell you what to expect. They are a very reputible seller, and they're based out of the U.S.

thanks. i spoke with a few guys at my gym and they said you can't go wrong with either twins or windy. i actually found a guy in texas (nine dragons) who's selling twins muay thai gear pretty cheap. i paid less than $60 for b/w tattoos shipped to boston so i jumped on them. as for tittlemma, i've done business with them in the past and they're a top notch outfit.
