im gonna be going out to se asia for a bit of a look around for a few months.
id like to do maybe a month or so of training in thailand, more to lose weight and get a bit fitter than to learn to fight although thats a nice by product.
anyway question is, has anyone got any recomendations for where to go? i fancy puket but im up for taking advice. is there somewhere that likes to train foreigners rather than just take their money, somewhere friendly that my total lack of fitness [im a big drinker and smoker] will not be an embarassment?

any stories or tips will be greatly appreciated. thanks, delta
