I've been practicing Muay Thai for about 3 months or so and I love it! The intensity, the workout, everything. Anyway, as I've been training more and researching more, I found the traditional rope hand wrapping that's traditionally used in Muay Thai/Muay Boran, Muay Kaad Chuek. I'd really like to know how to do it! I've been googling everywhere and I can't seem to find how to do it. I know the basic hand wrapping but I'd really love to know how to tie Muay Kaad Chuek. Thanks a lot, I love the site!
