Im not a fighter but, I train bjj at the acedemy. I attend the conditioning classes once a week but, other than that most of my excercise are done at home.
Excercise wise in a day I will run 2 miles, do basic yoga, lots of stretching, and depending on the day work on an area of my body. And with that I use the pit dvd workout and workout with weights afterwards.
Diet wise? I Eat meals that contain protien,carbs, and veggies every 21/2 to 3 hrs - 5-6 times a day.
