Muay Thai Training
Hey guys - I'm new to Muay Thai but not new to weight training. I was hoping to hear from you guys on your training techniques, heres what I got in mind.
A rotation of strength, power and balance throughout the week. The days where I will be doing strength I'll focus on low repetitions with high weight. Days of power will be forceful concentric phases with fast eccentric phases (power). And for balance, bosu ball, stability ball with core work.
