Hey ,id like to introduce myself to you all. Im 17 and since i was a small kid ive done some judo, taekwondo, ninjutsu and kickbox by that order. Ima go sign up at a muay thai gym tomorow so im all excited to come back to training since its been like a year since i stopped doing kickbox and my smoker lungs need to get better lol. Even do ive been doing nothing my flexibility is still pretty good as my height is 175cm and i can get my leg much higher than my head, like hit a 2m guy with no worries even do its not a very powerfull strike. I think taekwondo was what got my legs to be much looser. My thing is, i remember my kickbox classes and when i got there the first 2 months it just seemed like i was going to die just on the 45m to 1 hour warm ups lol so i wanted to ask you guys for some home workout so i dont get that feeling all again hehe. Also i have some gloves from kickbox and was wandering if i could use thoose in MT.?
