Excellent Kickboxing Workout
First time poster, to a little hello to everyone is in order. Hey!
Anyway, I would like to get some help coming up with a killer kickboxing workout. I practice a karate style my dad heavily modified after facing boxers, muay thai fighter, and brawlers. Hes great on technique, and I tend to do very well when sparring, but I would like some help taking my conditioning to the next level.
Im currently doing P90X, practicing BJJ 3 times a week in class (I know it wont help me for kickboxing, but I enjoy it and Im good at it) and Kickboxing 4 times a week. Eventually, Id like to compete in Chuck Norris' World Combat League, but that would likely only be a springboard.
