Nak Muay Farang has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Well, I've always been flexible because I learned kung fu from my dad from an early age before i switched to muay thai, just a simply put your foot up on a table and bend the supporting knee, but it takes a while to become flexible, just go down further every day and eventually you'll be K.O.ing people left and right.
