There are several Muay Thai clubs in Vancouver BC but I was wondering if anyone had some recommendations or feedback on any in particular?

I will be training at a beginner level so mainly want a club that has good instructors and frequent beginner sessions.

Maybe a better question is if there is a more approriate forum for me to ask these questions?

posener's pankration/kel lee's. I've been to many muay thai gyms and this is the ONLY place that I love.

ha! They ended up being the cheapest and closest to where I live. I have actually been going there for two months now and love it.

They only have Muay Thai at their Langley and Chilliwack locations which are super far away. Also there is no mention of anyone that trains with Anderson Silva on their website (and I would be pretty shocked if this were the case... why the hell would they be in some remote BC town if they were?)

I am totally happy at Posener's. I do the cardio Muay Thai 4 days a week which includes training with the head sensei on Saturdays (usually with a tiny class) and regular Muay Thai training 2-3 other days.
