Does the Tim Boetsch vs Hector Lombard winner at UFC149 get a middleweight title shot?

Don't know if it's official but I think they should do, Lombard has been on an insane unbeaten run. Boetsch was losing to Okami but overall the dude is a beast, he pulled the win over a former contender and put him out violently.

I'd like to potentially see Boetsch/Silva as much as Lombard/Silva

Don't see why not.

I like Munoz and Weidman but Tim Boestch is the guy who just stopped the most recent title challenger, first ten minutes of the fight aside, Boestch put Okami on his ass and punched him until the ref stepped in.

Bisping doesn't have a top ten win and in no way, shape, form or fashion did he beat Chael Sonnen, the stats are out there, he lost fair and square.

So yeah, I could get down with that, I'd love to see if by some freak chance Anderson beats Chael for the Barbarian to hit Anderson with some of his ******* judo.

But Sonnen/Boestch would be a hell of a fight. I'm all for it and hope it happens for the belt.

Boetsch needs one more win against a title contender for a title shot especially with Silva's status being the best MW champion in history.

Lombard is one of the best MW fighters in MMA but has to cement this in the UFC. Lombard needs two wins to show to the whole MMA/UFC world not just Bellator fans for a deserved title shot. His win over Schlemenko was a fight which showed his status as one the best MW fighters.
