I would recommend Rogue MMA gloves, they fit great and have very high quality

Rogue Competition Pro Gloves - MMAUniverse.com

Check them out

I have to say I like the wrist wrap on those gloves. The century ones looks to me like they would "unvelcro" if you try to snatch your arm out of an attempted armbar.

The gloves I use have a pull down cover over top of the velcro wrap. So its a little hard to put the glove on, but it makes sure that it wont come loose during any fight.

To size the gloves correctly, I believe you measure the width of your hand across the knuckles. The sizes go:

S/M = 3 3/8" knuckle width or smaller

M/L = 3 3/8" - 3 3/4" knuckle width

L/XL = 3 3/4" or bigger knuckle width

Knuckle width is the measurement across palm of hand.

Standard grappling/MMA gloves should be 4 oz. Too much bigger, and you're more looking at JKD or MT Clinch Gloves. Whatever you're looking at, I would definitely suggest that you make sure to get an open-palm style. There are a lot of wrist-wrap gloves that have the center piece to offer padding for striking, but completely take away from being able to grapple effectively.

I hope that helps.

i particularly like the harbinger bag gloves...well, padded and unlike some other MMA gloves, each finger has its own opening...meaning that most of the hand is covered, unlike the centurys pictured above where the thumb only has a loop...if they work then cool, but i tried gloves of that style on and they didnt feel right to me...and the harbingers are relatively inexpensive at $39 shipped...i just wish i got a size bigger or they made half sizes because the taper of the lower two fingers cut into my hand pretty bad...oh well, nothing tap cant solve...

i have a pair of century ones....but they're the model like the harbringers....bar in the middle for bag work and individual fingers....i like them cuz if i'm just doing a workout circuit i can go from the bag to the floor without ripping off my 16 ouncers....but the bar does kinda get in the way when grappling

Yep... The bar does get in the way. Open face gloves feel much, much better when you are rolling.

I've been getting a lot of my equipment from Ringside. The Top Contender series of equipment is a great cost-effective set. I personally have their Top Contender Grappling Cloves and their Top Contender Quick Strike Grappling Gloves. Both of them are quality gloves, the first with a complete open palm and thumb, and the other with partial thumb. Their year-end clearance just finished so they aren't on sale anymore, but they are definitely a lot higher quality than the equipment that you'd find in sporting goods places at the same price.
