Former NCAA Wrestler from Ohio State. Olympic Trial Qualifier whose fought 10 MMA fights and whose only loss was to David Heath whos in the UFC now also.
Yeah he's very good. Thats why I'm betting on Sean. I think his wrestling is at the very worse equal to Evans and if Sean is on that night, much better. That IMO should cause Evans some problems.
I used to hate Rashad, that's the whole reason I joined this site was to vent my frustration on how bad I hated his fighting strategy. But now he is training with Diego and Jardine and he now knows how to finish fights and I have gained a lot of respect for him after watching him TKO/KO whatever it was to Jason Lambert. I think we just witnessed him make one of the biggest improvements in MMA history. If he comes into this fight looking to finish it, he has enough toughness and heart to work through a beating and if he can't finish him I think he'll do enough to eke out a decision, afterall, that is what he is best at.
I guess we can call this a rivalry cuz Salmon is from OSU and Rashad is from Michigan, maybe not the college but he is from Michigan state.
Great first round(except the Karate Kid Kick)for Sean.
