I'm talking real, one sided and drawn out beat downs. The kind that are so unbelievably bad, they literally become fun to watch. Tito vs. Shamrock. St. Pierre vs. Fitch. Penn vs. Sanchez. What is your fondest, most historical and unrivaled beating?

lol, I know it's not a word! I just felt it worked in this particular instance :D

GSP and BJ beat-downs are always good, but Tito vs. Shamrock still holds a special place in my heart.

I'll just go ahead and toss on GSP's beat down of BJ, as well. A taste of his own medicine as it were.

lol...after tonight its pretty obvious.
Bj was on his feet like a lightweight Anderson Silva tonight, Diego didnt stand a chance with that lame 1-2 combo to headkick.

Diego did beat up Guida a little
Bj made Joe Daddy pretty nasty
Houston Alexander beat up Alessio Sakara

Anderson Vs Forrest has to rank up there as the most humiliating IMO. It was beyond toying, Anderson literally stood there taunting and dodging Griffin, and then KOd him with a little prick of a jab. Forrest's leg flying up and everything lol. Nothing comes across as more one sided IMO, even all the worst beatdowns at least had the other guys attempting takedowns or pulling guard or something. This was just contemptuous.

Tito's old fights are a close second ... the one vs Kondo was pretty bad, just ragdolled him effortlessly and pounded him like cookie dough until he decides to sub him. The entire Tito vs Shamrock series is of course made for this thread. It was almost unethical to watch those fights, like watching someone beat a handicapped guy in a wheelchair.

Also the people citing Shogun vs Machida are beyond deluded. I don't agree with the decision either, but Machida WON that fight. At the most it was a close controversial decision not a beatdown on either side. Just because you're bitter doesn't mean shoving it in irrelevant threads will change that.

Not in UFC, but Vovchanchyn vs. Enouie. Gave the guy brain damage and put him in a coma. Damn. Also Fedor vs. Nog, Crocop vs. Nog, Crocop vs. Barnett, Crocop vs. Wanderlei 2, and Rampage vs. Minowaman.

In the UFC, it's gotta be Penn vs. Stevenson and Diego, Crocop vs. Gonzaga, and Mir vs. Nog.

Actually I thought Gonzaga put up a decent fight in that one considering he got his nose smashed by an unintentional headbutt a couple of minutes into the fight. He actually broke Couture's arm with a powerful kick in one of the later rounds, and landed some other very heavy looking headkicks and strikes. I don't know if that's really a one-sided beating, Couture's dominated guys far worse. Like Tito or Sylvia.

Great topic!

In no particular order -

Chuck vs Tito 1 & 2
GSP vs majority of his opponents
BJ vs Sanchez
BJ vs Sherk
BJ vs Stevenson
Lyoto vs all of his opponents (except Shogun)
Anderson Silva vs every opponent in UFC (excluding Cote fight)
Randy vs Sylvia
Henderson vs Bisping
Not particular to UFC but Fedor vs practically every opponent

Rich Franklin vs Evan Tanner was a pretty one-sided beating

The 2nd round of Franklin vs. Lutter was a good beating too

GSP's dished out a lot of beatings but I still think his fight against Frank Trigg was the most one-sided. Trigg was never in the match, he was beaten up & completely dominated from the opening bell to when he was choked out.

Matt Hughes vs. Royce Gracie, well, that wasn't pretty either.
