Man the best advice is relax do whatever it takes to not be nervous and try and control your adrenaline.
If you let yourself get caught up in the moment your grips will tire quicker and you might make some silly mistakes. If your relaxed then you'll be on top of your game.
Try and think of it as just rolling and you'll do great. Good luck man and try and get some vids to post.
Relax man, when you're not training - don't do anything that reminds you of BJJ, just try to relax - play videogames, watch TV, read, etc. Just remember to eat well, sleep well and you'll do great!
