I was out of training for awhile because i was sick and injured my knee so I'm really out of shap at the moment. I'm healthy again now though and I've started training (BJJ) again but Im looking to add i nice weight workout 4-6 times per week. My legs are fairly strong but my upper body is lacking. I know very little about lifting and any suggestions about how to go about creating a balanced workout routine for the diff days of the week are much appreciated. Thankz
